Social networking is already a way of life in today’s online world…

In addition to checking our email, we need to check MySpace, Facebook, Tagged, and what nots? Tiring, isn’t it? Sometimes, I wish these will all condense into one and wouldn’t that make life a lot more easier for all of us?

Well, since that’s the way of life, we might as well think about how to leverage on the huge number of users on social networks so as to expose our network marketing business to them. Whether they want to join or not is really up to them… but this is HUGE if you just think about it for a moment.

Yesterday, Kenneth Koh, Salim and myself had an extremely productive, fruitful TEAM meeting…

Within just a few hours, we brainstormed and discussed how to skyrocket our NPN business and in a stroke of genius, we came up with a new release of our NPN prospecting module and even uploaded the web pages to make it live and ready to put it to the test!

What prompted us was that although we have conversions with dozens of downlines joining our NPN network in the last three weeks since our launch on 1 April 2008, there are quite a few who opted into page 1 (index.php) but fail to claim the FREE ecertificate on page 2 (indexa.php)

With our marketing skills, we tweaked and twisted page 2 to be in more congruence with page 1 as well as to inform our prospects of the 45-day marketing plan (worth $1,997) that they will be getting absolutely free… a matter of clear communication, right from the start.

We are currently testing this new set up and will keep you informed of our progress. Stay tuned!

Why I like prospecting via SMS?

The answer is obvious… it’s a communication channel of choice for most young people as well as the not-so-young like me… but what really matters here is that I know for sure that every - yes, I repeat - every SMS I sent out will be read.

I hope that SMS will never be free or so low cost that the spammers catch up one day, knocking out its effectiveness like what it did to email today.

Two mornings ago, I decided to test out how to bring visitors to my TheNPNSecret.com opt-in page via SMS (or text message on my mobile phone) …

So, I composed a simple SMS and randomly selected 10 of my contacts in my address book.

It goes like this:

“Hi [First_Name], how r u? Last wk we launched a site that teaches newbies how to market online AT NO COST (if u have a free certificate). Let me know if u r keen…”
